1. Definitions
1.1. The capitalized terms and expressions used in these Terms & Conditions mean:
a) Buyer – the User who purchases a Product through the Platform;
b) Codessupply – Tao.d OÜ, a company incorporated under the laws of Estonia, Registry Code 12637352, registered office at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Pae tn 25-47, 11414, Estonia, email: [email protected];
c) Platform – the website and related services operated by Codessupply and available at www.codessupply.com;
d) Product – digital game activation keys
e) User – any person accessing or using the Platform, whether registered or not.
1.2. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to one gender include all genders.
2. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
2.1. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or purchasing products through the Platform, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2.2. If the User does not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, the User must immediately cease using the Platform.
2.3. The User confirms that they have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction and possess the legal capacity to enter into legally binding agreements.
2.4. Codessupply reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes shall not affect rights acquired before the effective date of the amendment.
2.5. Updated Terms & Conditions will be published on the Platform and become effective fourteen (14) days after publication unless otherwise required by law.
3. Nature of Services
3.1. Codessupply operates as an independent reseller of digital products, including but not limited to game activation keys.
3.2. Codessupply acquires Products from authorized suppliers, distributors, publishers, wholesalers, and business partners under reseller, distribution, or supply agreements.
3.3. All Products available on the Platform are sold directly by Codessupply to the Buyer.
3.4. Third-party suppliers are not parties to transactions concluded between Codessupply and the Buyer and have no contractual relationship with Buyers using the Platform.
3.5. Codessupply remains solely responsible for product sales, payment processing, delivery, customer support, complaint handling, and refunds in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
4. User Account
4.1. Registration of a User account is free of charge.
4.2. To access certain Platform features or purchase Products, Users may be required to create an account.
4.3. Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and maintain such information thereafter.
4.4. Each User may maintain only one account unless expressly authorized by Codessupply.
4.5. Codessupply reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms & Conditions, or are used for fraudulent purposes.
5. User Credentials and Security
5.1. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted through their accounts.
5.2. Users must immediately notify Codessupply of any unauthorized access, security breach, or suspected misuse of their account.
5.3. Users shall not share their account credentials with third parties.
5.4. Codessupply shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by the User’s failure to safeguard credentials.
5.5. Codessupply reserves the right to require additional identity verification where necessary to protect the Platform, Users, or comply with legal obligations.
6. Payments
6.1. All payments for Products purchased through the Platform shall be made using payment methods made available by Codessupply.
6.2. A purchase is considered completed once payment has been successfully authorized and confirmed by the payment provider.
6.3. All prices displayed on the Platform are shown in the applicable currency and include all legally required taxes unless stated otherwise.
6.4. Users acknowledge that payment processing services are provided by independent third-party payment service providers and may be subject to their own terms and conditions.
6.5. Codessupply reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold transactions where fraud, payment disputes, unauthorized use, or legal compliance concerns are suspected.
6.6. Refund requests may be submitted in accordance with the Refund Policy contained in Section 16 of these Terms & Conditions.
6.7. The User represents and warrants that all funds used to purchase Products originate from lawful sources.
6.8. Codessupply reserves the right to request additional verification before processing high-risk transactions.
6.9. In the event of a payment dispute, chargeback, or unauthorized transaction claim, Codessupply may temporarily suspend the User account until the matter is resolved.
6.10. Failure of a payment method does not release the User from their obligation to pay for Products already delivered.
7. Verification
7.1. Codessupply may request information or documentation necessary to verify the identity of a User or the legitimacy of a transaction.
7.2. Verification may include requests for identification documents, proof of address, payment verification documents, or other information required by applicable laws.
7.3. Verification requests are intended solely to comply with anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, sanctions, tax, and regulatory obligations.
7.4. Users shall provide requested information within five (5) business days unless otherwise specified.
7.5. Failure to complete verification may result in delayed delivery, account suspension, refusal of service, cancellation of transactions, or account termination.
8. Purchase and Delivery
8.1. Upon successful payment, the purchased Product shall be delivered electronically through the Platform, email, User account, or another delivery method designated by Codessupply.
8.2. Product delivery is generally automated; however, some orders may require manual verification before delivery.
8.3. Delivery times displayed on the Platform are estimates and may vary due to technical issues, fraud prevention procedures, supplier availability, publisher restrictions, or other factors beyond Codessupply’s reasonable control.
8.4. Codessupply makes reasonable efforts to deliver Products promptly after payment confirmation.
8.5. Digital Products are deemed delivered when:
- the activation key is displayed within the User account;
- the activation key is displayed on the Platform;
- the Product is sent to the User by email;
- access credentials or download instructions are provided.
8.6. Certain Products may be subject to geographical restrictions, platform restrictions, language restrictions, activation requirements, publisher policies, or regional licensing limitations.
8.7. The Buyer is solely responsible for reviewing Product descriptions and compatibility requirements before purchase.
8.8. Pre-order Products shall be delivered on or around the official release date determined by the publisher or developer.
8.9. Release dates may vary by country, platform, publisher, or distributor and are subject to change without prior notice.
8.10. Codessupply reserves the right to cancel and refund any order where delivery becomes impossible due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
9. Prohibited Activities
9.1. Users shall not use the Platform:
a) in violation of any applicable law;
b) for fraudulent purposes;
c) to launder money or finance unlawful activities;
d) to violate intellectual property rights;
e) to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
f) to distribute malware, viruses, bots, scripts, or other harmful software;
g) to interfere with the operation or security of the Platform;
h) to submit false information or impersonate another person.
9.2. Users shall not attempt to manipulate prices, exploit technical vulnerabilities, abuse promotions, or circumvent security controls.
9.3. Use of automated purchasing tools, bots, scraping software, or unauthorized automation systems is prohibited unless expressly authorized by Codessupply.
9.4. Codessupply reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.
9.5. Codessupply may cooperate with law enforcement authorities and regulatory agencies where required by applicable law.
10. Customer Protection Program
10.1. Where offered by Codessupply, the Customer Protection Program provides additional protection for eligible purchases.
10.2. Eligible Buyers may receive:
a) a replacement Product;
b) store credit;
c) a refund;
where a Product is defective, invalid, inaccessible, materially different from its description, or cannot be activated for reasons not attributable to the Buyer.
10.3. Participation in the Customer Protection Program may be included automatically or offered as an optional service during checkout.
10.4. Buyers seeking assistance under the Program must contact Codessupply Support and provide all reasonably requested evidence.
10.5. Codessupply will review claims in good faith and provide a response within a reasonable period, generally not exceeding fourteen (14) days.
10.6. Fraudulent claims, abuse of the Program, or violations of these Terms & Conditions may result in denial of benefits and account suspension.
10.7. Refunds approved under the Program may be issued through the original payment method, store credit, or another method selected by Codessupply where permitted by law.
10.8. Nothing in this section limits statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
10.9. Codessupply may modify or discontinue the Customer Protection Program at any time, provided such changes do not affect claims already submitted.
10.10. The Customer Protection Program is intended to supplement, and not replace, any mandatory consumer protections available under applicable law.
11. Liability
11.1. Codessupply provides access to digital products on an “as available” and “as is” basis, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
11.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codessupply shall not be liable for:
a) interruptions, delays, or temporary unavailability of the Platform;
b) incompatibility of Products with hardware, software, operating systems, gaming platforms, or regional restrictions not disclosed by the Buyer before purchase;
c) actions, decisions, service outages, account suspensions, bans, or policy changes implemented by publishers, developers, platform operators, or other third parties;
d) indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages;
e) loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data.
11.3. Codessupply shall not be responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access to a User account caused by the User’s negligence.
11.4. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.
11.5. Where liability cannot be excluded, Codessupply’s total liability arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by the Buyer for the affected Product.
12. Complaints Procedure
12.1. Any complaint regarding Products, payments, deliveries, refunds, or services provided through the Platform should be submitted to:
12.2. Complaints should include:
a) order number;
b) description of the issue;
c) supporting evidence, screenshots, error messages, or documentation where applicable;
d) desired resolution.
12.3. Codessupply shall review complaints in good faith and respond within a reasonable period, generally not exceeding fourteen (14) days.
12.4. Where a complaint is found to be justified, Codessupply may, at its sole discretion:
a) replace the Product;
b) repair or correct the issue where possible;
c) provide store credit;
d) issue a refund.
12.5. Buyers agree to cooperate reasonably during investigations relating to complaints or refund requests.
12.6. Submission of fraudulent evidence, abuse of complaint procedures, or attempts to obtain multiple compensations for the same issue may result in account suspension or termination.
12.7. This complaints procedure does not affect any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
13. Affiliate Program
13.1. Codessupply may offer an Affiliate Program allowing Users to earn commissions for referring customers to the Platform.
13.2. Participation in the Affiliate Program is subject to separate Affiliate Program Rules published on the Platform.
13.3. Commissions become payable only after successful completion of qualifying transactions and expiration of any applicable refund or chargeback periods.
13.4. Codessupply reserves the right to reject, reverse, withhold, or cancel commissions resulting from fraud, abuse, self-referrals, artificial traffic, chargebacks, or violations of applicable rules.
13.5. Codessupply may modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time.
13.6. Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create any employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between Codessupply and the affiliate.
14. Vouchers and Promotional Credits
14.1. Codessupply may issue promotional vouchers, gift vouchers, discount codes, store credits, loyalty rewards, or similar promotional instruments.
14.2. Promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions communicated at the time of issuance.
14.3. Unless otherwise stated, vouchers:
a) are non-transferable;
b) have no cash value;
c) cannot be redeemed for cash;
d) cannot be resold.
14.4. Codessupply reserves the right to invalidate vouchers obtained through fraud, abuse, technical errors, or unauthorized means.
14.5. Voucher validity periods are determined by the applicable promotion and may vary.
14.6. Expired vouchers and promotional credits shall automatically become invalid and may not be reinstated unless required by applicable law.
15. Final Provisions
15.1. The agreement between the User and Codessupply is concluded electronically upon acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and remains effective until terminated by either party.
15.2. Users may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time.
15.3. Codessupply may suspend or terminate User accounts where:
a) these Terms & Conditions are violated;
b) fraudulent activity is suspected;
c) legal or regulatory obligations require such action;
d) continued provision of services becomes impossible or commercially unreasonable.
15.4. Codessupply may modify, discontinue, or replace any Platform functionality, service, Product category, or feature at any time.
15.5. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15.6. Failure by Codessupply to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of its rights.
15.7. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Estonia.
15.8. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
16. Refund Policy
16.1. General Rule
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available after successful delivery of a Product unless required by applicable consumer protection laws or expressly stated in this Refund Policy.
16.2. Eligible Refund Situations
A Buyer may be eligible for a refund where:
a) the Product has not been delivered;
b) the Product key is invalid and cannot be replaced;
c) the Product delivered differs materially from its description;
d) duplicate purchases occurred due to a technical error;
e) applicable law grants the Buyer a right to receive a refund.
16.3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be granted where:
a) the Product has been successfully delivered and activated;
b) the Buyer purchased the wrong Product, edition, platform, language version, or region;
c) the Buyer failed to review compatibility requirements before purchase;
d) the Buyer violated these Terms & Conditions.
16.4. Refund Request Procedure
Refund requests must be submitted through Codessupply Support and include all reasonably requested evidence.
16.5. Investigation
Codessupply reserves the right to verify Product usage, activation status, transaction history, and any evidence submitted before approving a refund.
16.6. Approved Refunds
Approved refunds may be issued through:
a) the original payment method;
b) store credit;
c) another reasonable refund method selected by Codessupply.
16.7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within seven (7) business days after final approval, although actual receipt times may depend on the payment provider.
16.8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits, excludes, or restricts any mandatory consumer rights granted under applicable law.
